Terms and Conditions – p56ph Online Betting Platform Philippines

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the p56ph platform — including its website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and p56ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use p56ph. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms at the time of your registration for your records. p56ph is not responsible for any consequences arising from a player's failure to read these Terms before using the platform.

To register and use p56ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets or accessing casino games.
• You are not listed on any national or international self-exclusion register that covers p56ph.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, or close family member of p56ph staff where such employment could create a conflict of interest.

p56ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. We take the prohibition on underage gambling extremely seriously and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on p56ph. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. p56ph will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify p56ph immediately via our support channels.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person.
• You must update your registered mobile number or email address if they change, to ensure OTP and verification messages are received.
• p56ph reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above standard thresholds.

All financial transactions on p56ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Payment method availability may change from time to time.

Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Maximum limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are disclosed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. p56ph charges zero platform fees on all standard deposits and withdrawals.

• Withdrawals are processed only to accounts registered in the same name as your p56ph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• p56ph follows a same-source withdrawal policy for card deposits: a proportion of winnings must be returned to the deposit card for AML compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification is incomplete or if unusual activity is detected on your account.
• p56ph is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution's processing timelines.
• Deposits that cannot be completed due to technical issues are automatically reversed to the originating account. Contact support with your transaction reference if a reversal does not occur within 24 hours.

All bets placed on p56ph are subject to these general betting rules as well as any specific rules applicable to the individual sport, league, or game type. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, sport-specific rules take precedence.

Once confirmed, bets are binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in cases where p56ph determines a manifest error has occurred in the published odds. A manifest error is defined as an obviously incorrect odds value — for example, a team listed as a 50-to-1 favourite due to a data entry error.

• Minimum single bet: ₱100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event using pre-match odds (rather than live odds) will be voided.
• If a match or event is postponed before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes returned to the player's p56ph wallet.
• If a match is abandoned after commencing, settlement follows the official result recognised by the governing body of the sport. If no official result is declared, bets are voided.
• Winnings are credited to your p56ph wallet immediately upon official result confirmation.
• p56ph does not accept bets from players who have insider knowledge of an event's outcome or who are involved in match-fixing activity. Such bets, if identified, will be voided and the account reported to relevant authorities.

p56ph offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games or sports, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings — which are published alongside each promotion.

General bonus rules that apply across all p56ph promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household or device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• p56ph reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or amend its terms at any time, without prior notice, if there is evidence of abuse or if the promotional conditions are no longer viable.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, using the same payment method across different accounts, or exploiting a promotion in bad faith will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account reviewed.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the validity window are forfeited automatically.

p56ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms or applicable law. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or market manipulation.
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers in bad faith.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward p56ph staff or other players.
• Accessing p56ph from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• Failing to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the review is concluded. p56ph will communicate the outcome and any required next steps to the player's registered email address. Players may request a review of any suspension decision by contacting our support team in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, p56ph shall not be liable for:

p56ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, for any and all claims, shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals made in the same period.

p56ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments — meaning those that substantially affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of p56ph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or a player's use of p56ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the p56ph support team in writing. p56ph will endeavour to resolve all written complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of the initial written notice, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
